Une
radiodiffusion internationale de Postnuklea rekviemo
aura lieu à partir du 11 mars 2018, à l'occasion de la
commémoration des 7 ans de l'accident de la centrale nucléaire
de Fukushima. Ce nouvel opus musical de 43 minutes explore un
nouveau chemin musical associant l'Orchestre Symphonic de
Bratislava, un synthétiseur Minimoog, un groupe blues-rock, un
orgue d'église, un vibraphone, la maîtrise de l'Opéra National
du Rhin, des sons concrets, des voix de Windscale, Three Miles
Island, Tchernobyl, Fukushima et des commentaires faisant
suite à Hiroshima et les essais atomiques de Bikini Island...
et bien sûr les guitares slide caractéristiques de la musique
de Jim Petit.
Au terme de l'écoute, les auditeurs sont invités à prendre une photo de leur yeux et à les transmettre ici pour la réalisation d'une installation participative, visuelle et sonore qui sera élaborée au cours de 2018. Postnuklea rekviemo sera diffusé du 11 au 15 mars 2018 sur les radios ci-dessous. The album explores a new musical path employing a symphony orchestra, a minimoog synth, a blues-rock band, a church organist, a vibraphonist, the National Rhine Opera's youth choir, concrete sounds, voices from Windscale, Three Miles Island, Chernobyl, Fukushima and commentaries about Hiroshima and Bikini Island nuclear bomb test... and Jim Petit's very own slide guitars. At the end of the broadcast, listeners are invited to take a picture of their eyes and send it here for a participatory, visual and sound installation artwork that will be created throughout 2018.
